Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Because our products are sourced from a global network of verified suppliers, delivery typically takes 15 to 30 days depending on your location and the item ordered. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to contact us and request a refund or replacement.

How it works

1. Contact us at contact@buyfreefree.com within 15 days of receiving your order, including your order number.
2. Send us a few photos or a short video showing the issue with the item.
3. We review your claim and offer a full refund or a free replacement — whichever you prefer. You do not need to return the physical item.
4. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

What is covered

• Item arrived damaged or defective
• Item is significantly different from its description or photos
• Item never arrived (see Shipping Policy above)

What is not covered

• Change of mind after an order has shipped
• Requests made more than 15 days after delivery
• Normal wear and tear

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but our Return & Refund Policy above will apply if there is an issue with the item.
